Job summary

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Revit MEP CAD Designer in Seattle to join our water/wastewater project teams. You will create Revit models, develop piping layouts, and produce contract documents in collaboration with engineers and senior CAD/BIM staff.

The role requires designing process mechanical piping in Revit, coordinating with multiple disciplines, and ensuring CAD standards compliance. A technical CAD certificate or an associate degree with Revit MEP emphasis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Creation of Revit models and CAD base files for contract documents
• Design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans and details
• Coordinate with Site Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, and I&C disciplines
• Execute redlines from Engineers and senior CAD/BIM Designers
• Ensure drawing compliance with CAD standards

Salary Range: $68,000.00 To $82,000.00 Annually

Hazen and Sawyer is seeking a Revit MEP Designer with knowledge and experience designing Process Mechanical piping in Revit to work alongside staff Engineers and Senior CAD/BIM Designers. This position will include the design and production of contract documents for various Water, Wastewater and Pump Station facilities projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of Revit models, Revit families, and CAD base files for use in creating contract documents


• Ability to design piping layouts in Revit to produce enlarged plans, sections, and details for various process mechanical systems

Required Qualifications:
