• Experience in providing technical assistance related to program development and analysis.
• Experience in interpreting and implementing federal regulations.
• Ability to interpret and implement data collection and reporting requirements.
• Experience leading complex research or related projects.
• Ability to develop reports and manage electronic data.
• Skilled in presenting information clearly and effectively.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, provide leadership, set priorities, facilitate collaboration, and effectively convey information to others.
