Job summary

Children’s Hunger Alliance in Cleveland, OH seeks a full-time, hybrid Education/Program Support role to partner with childcare and afterschool programs. You will train staff on CACFP/SFSP rules, coordinate site applications, monitor centers, and provide technical assistance to ensure compliance and successful meal program participation.

The position requires an Associate’s degree in nutrition or related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or related field and relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of CACFP and SFSP regulations preferred.
• Strong communication, training, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide staff training on program regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate annual site applications and food order launches.
• Conduct monitoring reviews of centers and programs.
• Provide technical assistance and support to centers.
• Monitor center disallowances and adjust food orders as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic files for centers/sites.
