Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment.

• Must successfully complete RAPIDS certification within seven business days.

Responsibilities

• Controls and issues identification tags and Geneva Convention Cards.
• Screens Soldiers and family members for purpose of visit.
• Maintains the Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS).
• Performs all ID Card and CAC issuance related tasks.
• Issues memorandums of authorization for eligible customers.
