Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, seeks a CAC Support for VRC to join our Panama City team.

You will process Common Access Cards (CACs), verify DEERS/RAPIDS data, and provide customer service to DoD personnel, retirees, dependents, and contractors. Attention to detail and security compliance are essential in this federal contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and military terminology.
• Experience with standard office equipment and office automation systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide CAC services to personnel assigned to host and tenet commands, retirees and dependents, and verified contractors.
• Process CACs in accordance with regulations and instructions.
• Serve as Verifying Official on DEERS/RAPIDS and validate data for accuracy.
• Answer inquiries regarding CAC eligibility, requirements, and DEERS questions.
• Return failed or retrieved CACs to the DMDC in a timely manner.
• Verify and update customer data per DoD, OPNAV, BUPERS, and related references.
• Assist in resetting PINs and updating PKI certificates.
• Update DEERS information per RAPIDS User Guide, DoDI 1000.13, and BUPERS 1750.10E.
• Initiate CAC requests and distribute CACs and PINs per RAPIDS guidance.
• Verify identity and eligibility of DoD beneficiaries and issue DoD IDs.
