Job summary

Intervala, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer for Cable & Wire on 1st shift in Mount Pleasant, PA. You will develop and optimize manufacturing processes for cable and wire assemblies, ensuring efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.

Work with Production, Quality, Design Engineering and Supply Chain to launch new products and resolve issues for improved quality and cost. The role emphasizes establishing process controls, creating work instructions, and supporting NPI and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field with technical experience in cable/wire manufacturing.
Experience in electronics or contract manufacturing preferred.
ISO 9001/AS9100 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and optimize cable and wire assembly manufacturing processes.
Support NPI and production launches with equipment readiness and documentation.
Create and maintain assembly instructions and process docs.
Collaborate with Design Engineering on manufacturability and DFA.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive continuous improvement to quality, productivity and cost.
