Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or testing environment, preferably in wire and cable.
• Familiarity with quality control principles and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Review documentation, work orders, and engineering specifications.
• Set up tests including moving product/reels and loading payoff and take up machines.
• Strip cables and attach appropriate test equipment; perform tests and interpret results.
• Rewind, cap, and prep reels for shipping; monitor and verify process.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; report non-conformities.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement; follow safety policies.
