Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Cable Installer to deliver reliable telecom services to residential and commercial customers. You will install, test, and troubleshoot internet, video, voice, and alarm systems, while upholding safety and quality standards.

We provide paid training (4–8 weeks) at $14 per hour; after training, you’ll move to production pay with overtime opportunities. A high school diploma and 0–2 years’ field experience are typical requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecom or broadband field operations preferred.
• Experience with cable, internet, and voice service installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom and broadband services from street to home (internet, video, voice, alarm).
• Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet client standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Maintain records of work performed and equipment used.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Educate customers on self-help options and product features.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
