ITG Communications in Fort Walton Beach, FL is seeking a motivated Cable Installer to install and maintain telecom and broadband services for residential and commercial customers. The role involves safe, high-quality installations from street to home and ongoing customer support.

Candidates should have a HS diploma, basic technical certifications, 0–2 years of experience, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided at $10/hour for 4–8 weeks, followed by production pay with overtime

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecom or broadband field operations.
• Experience with cable, internet and voice service installations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom and broadband services from street to home, including internet, video, voice, and alarm systems.
• Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet client standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Maintain records of work performed and equipment used.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with customers about services and concerns.
• Stay updated on new technologies and installation techniques.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or upgrades.
