Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is hiring a Cable Installer in Madison, GA. You will install and maintain telecom and broadband services for residential and commercial customers, from street to home, while ensuring quality and safety.

Training is provided with paid training during the 4–8 week period at $14/hour. After training, you transition to production pay with overtime opportunities, and you will be expected to grow your technical skills and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certifications relevant to telecom/broadband (alarm systems, router configurations).
• Willingness to learn new technologies and maintain safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain telecom and broadband services from street to home.
• Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet client standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and use PPE.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Explain services to customers and address concerns.
• Stay updated on new technologies and installation techniques.
• Identify opportunities for service upgrades.
