Qualifications
- 2+ years of field experience in cable installation.
- Ability to interpret CAD designs and follow specifications.
- Experience with site surveys for Infrastructure Projects.
Responsibilities
- Installation and testing of network cabling – Cat.3 to Cat6, fiber, coax.
- Lead cabling projects with support from technicians and labor.
- Interpret CAD drawings and adhere to BICSI/EIA/TIA specs.
- Understand telecom infrastructure and voice/data applications.
- Prepare pre-cabling, install patch panels, and test jacks.
- Install and pull wires and cables; troubleshoot components.
- Perform site surveys as needed on infrastructure projects.
- Attend project kickoff meetings with contractors and customers.
