Job summary

A local cable service provider is seeking cable technicians to handle installation and maintenance of cable television and internet services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and personal computers, and must hold a valid PA driver's license. Responsibilities include working outdoors in various conditions and adapting to new technologies. Applicants must reside within 20 miles of the service area and be willing to join the Union. Qualifications

• Valid PA Driver's License and good driving record required.
• Knowledge of building structures essential.
• Ability to splice hard line cable and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain cable television and internet services.
• Perform physical labor including loading and unloading equipment.
• Adapt to new technologies and work in all weather conditions.
