Job description

Production Line Operator

Sign on bonus: $1,500.

Starting pay: $19.00 per hour.

Shift schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 schedule. Days 6:45 am – 7:00 pm, Nights 6:45 pm – 7:00 am. Shift differential: $2.00 per hour for night shift.

Responsibilities
  • Work in a safe manner at all times while following all safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Identify any potential safety hazards to supervisor or HSE manager to promote the “Zero and Beyond” safety goal/initiative.
  • Continuously monitor and maintain product quality based on established standards, including visual and mechanical inspection of product.
  • Perform setups in accordance with established procedures.
  • Load/unload equipment.
  • Work from written and verbal instructions, procedures, and work orders.
  • Maintain and log all information required supporting traceability and quality.
  • Participate in cross‑training activities.
  • Perform other duties as required or directed.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED from accredited institution (preferred).
  • Basic math skills: adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and basic percentages.
  • Must be able to pass background check and drug test.
  • Willing to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to stand up to 12 hours per day.
  • Must be able to push/pull up to 50 pounds multiple times per day.
  • Must be able to lift 35 pounds occasionally.
  • Opportunity to be trained and drive forklift if needed.
  • Must be able to work in a high‑performing team environment with limited supervision.
