Qualifications

  • HS Diploma with relevant work experience
  • B.S. Engineering in ME/EE/ChE/IE preferred but not required
  • Ability to lead and train others
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Monitor manufacturing processes daily to identify trends and out-of-control situations and provide solutions according to urgency and importance.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data for process control and capability improvement.
  • Lead capital projects for plant capacity increase, new product introductions and plant upgrades.
  • Lead continuous improvement techniques including Design of Experiments, Cycle Time Improvement, Just-in-Time, Lean Six Sigma, 6S, problem solving, etc.
  • Conduct process and product quality audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Develop or maintain Key Performance Indicators on a weekly & monthly basis to ensure the process meets quality and productivity targets.
