Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect is seeking a Cable Operator for the 3rd shift (12:00 am - 8:00 am) in Dayville, CT. You will run multiple cable lines, perform cable testing, and uphold strict safety and quality standards while maintaining a clean workspace.

Required are 2+ years in manufacturing and strong mechanical aptitude, with micrometer proficiency. ITAR requirements apply; U.S. person status is needed. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma preferred.
• 2+ years manufacturing experience.
• U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) due to ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate cable machinery on 3rd shift to meet production targets.
• Conduct required cable testing and ensure output meets tolerances.
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain clean work spaces.
• Support other cable lines and general shop floor operations as needed.
