Job summary

Aptiv Interconnect in Dayville, CT is seeking a Multi Cell Operator for the 2nd shift (4:00 pm - 12:00 am). You will operate and learn equipment across jacket cell processes, including shielders and wrappers, adjusting based on order demands and backlog under supervision.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and manufacturing experience, with strong mechanical and communication skills. Onsite role with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn multiple machines.
• Proficient in using a micrometer for precise measurements.
• Knowledge of in-process testing procedures for manufacturing.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and learn a range of equipment in jacket cells (shielders, twinners, tape wrappers, respooling).
• Move between machines to meet backlog or supervisor instructions.
