Job summary

PeopleReady in Milton, FL is seeking a Manufacturing Machine Operator to join a cable manufacturing team. You will set up and run various specialized machines, monitor production, and ensure quality while following safety procedures.

The role offers on-the-job training, competitive pay with shifts including day and night options, and access to the JobStack app for scheduling. Prior machine operation experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of machine operating or CNC machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor specialized machinery used in wire and cable manufacturing.
• Operate equipment based on training needs (Buncher/Double Twist, Armoring, Screening, Drawing, Copper Tape, CV Line).
• Use HMI screens and controls to adjust settings and monitor quality.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain production records and report issues promptly.
