Job summary

Prince Telecom LLC in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Cable Installation Technician to safely install and troubleshoot video services, internet, telephone, and alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses. You will identify issues and confirm service requests with customers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and 18+; prior cable installation experience is preferred. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits are provided, along with weekly pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old.
Authorization to work in the United States.
High School Diploma or GED (or relevant work experience).
Valid state driver’s license with clean record.
Prior cable installation or related field experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Install, disconnect, and troubleshoot video service, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment in customer homes and businesses.
Identify and remediate sources of customer-perceived issues.
Review requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement.
Educate customers regarding product and service usage.
Maintain and stock vehicle and equipment; perform overtime, travel, and on-call duties as needed.
