Prince Telecom is currently hiring full-time entry-level Cable Technicians in the Milwaukee, WI area to help connect America!

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $15 - $20/hr+

What you’ll do…

• Install, disconnect, reconnect, add, change, and troubleshoot cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment.
• Identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
• Complete paperwork accurately and report/record work order status updates.
• Perform customer service duties by:
• Greeting customers in the home during a walkthrough;
• Reviewing all requested services with the customer to ensure understanding and agreement;
• Interacting with customers professionally and courteously, including responding to escalations and repeated concerns;
• Educating customers about product and service usage.
