Job summary

SQA Services in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Quality Cable & Harness Inspector on a first-shift, full-time basis. You will conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections, verify FAI/FAIR, and review shipping documentation to ensure compliance with drawings and quality standards.

The role requires at least 3+ years in cable & harness inspection, strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and ITAR compliance. Must pass a background check and tablet/e-mail proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cable & Harness inspection.
• Ability to operate a tablet, send emails, and use basic technology.
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to identify defects and discrepancies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
• Must be able to undergo a background check and meet ITAR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct incoming inspections of products from external providers and related processing.
• Perform in-process and final inspections of critical features and witness inspections.
• Prepare final inspection sign-off sheets and inspection packages.
• Verify inspection equipment detects defects and measures appropriately.
• Ensure methodologies align with drawing intent and FAI requirements.
• Review and ensure completeness of First Article Inspection (FAI) and FAIR.
• Review shipping documentation for accuracy and completeness.
