Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Charlotte is seeking a General Warehouse Associate / Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble components, perform precision soldering, and support general warehouse operations to keep inventory moving efficiently.

The role runs 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with full-time, temporary-to-permanent potential. Benefits include weekly pay and a referral bonus opportunity while you learn and grow within a stable organization.

Qualifications

Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and schematics.
Experience with hand soldering.
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings.
Perform fine-detail hand soldering for product assembly.
Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance.
Reeling/cutting cables for orders.
Training will be provided for cable connector assembly.
