Job summary

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a Soldering Assembler in Addison, TX to solder components to PC boards and perform other electrical assembly tasks.

The role operates on 1st shift, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and offers weekly pay plus a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance. A $50 referral bonus is also offered.

Qualifications

Soldering Assembler

Automation Personnel Services is hiring a dependable Soldering Assembler inAddison, TX. In this role, you will be responsible forsoldering components to PC boards and performing other electrical related assembly procedures.

Pay Rate

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule and Hours

1st shift Monday through Friday 6:00AM to 2:30PM

Soldering Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with very small components and place them in the correct position in exactly the right holes in the PC.
• Soldering experience with thru-hole is a must.
• Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Soldering Assembler Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous Soldering Experience
• Dexterity and good eyesight are essential to being able to work with small components
• Must be a high school graduate.
• Knowledge of soldering.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Prior Assembly/manufacturing experience
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be able to speak and understand instructions given in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
