Job summary

Automation Personnel Services in Charlotte is seeking a General Warehouse Associate / Assembler to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble components, perform precision soldering, and support general warehouse operations to keep inventory moving efficiently.

The role runs 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with full-time, temporary-to-permanent potential. Benefits include weekly pay and a referral bonus opportunity while you learn and grow within a stable organization.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions and schematics.
• Experience with hand soldering.
• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform fine-detail hand soldering for product assembly.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance.
• Reeling/cutting cables for orders.
• Training will be provided for cable connector assembly.

Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented General Warehouse / Assembler to join a manufacturing team here in Charlotte. In this hands-on role, you will assemble components, perform precision soldering, and support general warehouse operations to keep inventory moving efficiently

Pay Rate

16.50 /hr

Schedule and Hours

8am to 5pm Monday – Friday

• Assemble electronic and mechanical components according to specifications and technical drawings.
• Perform fine-detail hand soldering for product assembly.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and store incoming inventory and materials.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse maintenance.
