Amphenol Borisch Technologies, a division of Amphenol Corporation, is seeking a Cable Assembly Operator to read wire diagrams and assemble wires into cables and harnesses per schematic drawings. This role requires careful measurement, soldering, and quality checks on finished assemblies, with regular lifting up to 35 pounds and the ability to stand and sit as needed.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Must be able to read wire diagrams, blue prints and schematics.
• Must be able to use measuring tools and perform basic math.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, stand and walk regularly.
• Must be able to pass a vision exam.

Responsabilidades

• Read wire diagrams, blue prints and schematics for cable assembly.
• Assemble wires into cables and harness systems per schematic drawings.
• Wrap and tie wires at designated points to form harness.
• Assemble electrical components, systems and/or subsystems.
• Use automatic and hand held wire strippers for wire ends.
• Measure wires and finished cable assemblies for quality.
• Solder parts or connections between parts.
• Solder, wrap, and coat wires to ensure proper installation.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
