Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a capable assembler to complete mechanical and electrical sub-assemblies according to customer specifications and company policies.

You will perform bench-type processes using hand tools, electronic and pneumatic tooling, and you must be able to sit for long periods, maintain a clean work area, and follow safety regulations. On-site attendance is required, with opportunity to interpret blueprints and learn processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Assembly or Manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret blueprints preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electrical assemblies per specs using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
• Set and assemble small to large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools.
• Report defective materials to supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision.
• On-site attendance is required.
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures.
• Must be able to concentrate and sit for long periods of time.
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.

To assemble finished product using sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners according to customer specification and company policies.

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical and electrical assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling
• Set and assemble small, large hand tools, pneumatic and hydraulic tools
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with direct supervision
• On-site attendance is required
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Must be able to concentrate and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 25 lbs.
