Creative Custom Cabinets, Inc. in Hutto, TX is seeking a motivated Sales/Project Manager to lead client engagements from initial consultation through on-time project delivery, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

You will drive consultative sales, meet with homeowners and designers, coordinate site measurements, liaise with estimators and drafters, and maintain 100% client satisfaction.

3–5+ years in custom cabinetry is preferred; no cabinet experience? none apply.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of custom cabinetry experience.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Excellent client communication and sales ability.

Responsibilities

• Consultative Sales & Estimating: Responsible for bringing in new clients and sales accounts.
• Meet with homeowners and designers to define project scope and provide material expertise.
• Technical Project Oversight: Manage site measurements and coordinate with estimators and drafters.
• Client & Internal Communication: Provide project updates and ensure 100% client satisfaction.
• Industry Expertise: 3-5+ years of custom cabinetry experience.
