Master Design Cabinetry in Honey Brook, PA is seeking a dual-role Project Manager & Scheduler to drive our high-end cabinetry projects. This critical role acts as the engine behind coordinating sales, production, and final installation, ensuring workflows stay on track and installations meet client expectations.

Ideal candidates have cabinetry or millwork PM experience, superb organizational and communication skills, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage cabinet projects from work order through installation.

• Communicate with clients regarding timelines, updates, and expectations.
• Track Work orders and progress to avoid delays.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Maintain organized job files and documentation.
• Conduct site visits to verify install readiness.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in the cabinetry or home construction industry, with a strong understanding of project workflows, materials, and installation processes.

Project Management + Scheduling

This is a office position designed for someone who excels at managing many moving parts. You will act as the bridge between our sales team, production shop, and the final installation at the client’s home.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cabinet projects from work order through installation completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely production and install
• Coordinate with designers, sales team, shop production, and installers
• Communicate with clients regarding timelines, updates, and expectations
• Track Work orders, Punchlist and job progress to avoid delays
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or project issues proactively
• Maintain organized job files and documentation
• Conduct site visits when needed to verify readiness for install

Qualifications

• Experience in cabinetry, construction, or millwork project management preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with scheduling software, Excel, or project management tools
• Ability to read plans/drawings is a plus
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving mindset
