Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bend Redmond is seeking a Cabinet Specialist to join our team for kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Central Oregon. You will install, restore, refinish and reface cabinets, match colors, and work with customers to ensure high-quality results.

Ideal candidates are coachable, rely on accuracy, and demonstrate a strong work ethic. This on-site role offers growth opportunities, hands-on training, and the chance to lead projects across Bend, Redmond and nearby

Responsibilities

• Arrive to shop or jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager.
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Able to keep track of tools and keep your job trailer/van organized.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently; minimize time in clients' homes.
• Restore wood cabinets in the home; paint doors and boxes.
• Redoor and reface cabinets; install new custom cabinets.
