Job summary

Kitchen Tune-Up Bend Redmond is seeking Cabinet Specialist / Technician / Trim Carpenter / Installer to join our team delivering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Central Oregon and surrounding communities. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, re-dooring, refacing and new custom cabinets.

You will be part of a growth‑oriented team with strong customer focus and hands‑on training. Ideal candidates are coachable, driven, empathetic, and eager to learn; leadership potential

Qualifications

Must be able to match colors.
Must be trainable and coachable.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.

Responsibilities

Arrive to shop or jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
Follow instructions given by project manager.
Follow Trustpoints on every job.
Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
Able to keep track of tools and keep your job trailer/van organized.
Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
Work quickly and efficiently; minimize time in client homes.
