Kitchen Tune-Up Bend Redmond is seeking Cabinet Specialist / Technician / Trim Carpenter / Installer to join our team delivering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Central Oregon and surrounding communities. We offer wood restoration, cabinet painting, re-dooring, refacing and new custom cabinets.

You will be part of a growth‑oriented team with strong customer focus and hands‑on training. Ideal candidates are coachable, driven, empathetic, and eager to learn; leadership potential

Responsibilities

• Arrive to shop or jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.

• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Able to keep track of tools and keep your job trailer/van organized.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently; minimize time in client homes.

Kitchen Tune-Up Bend Redmond is seeking a Cabinet Specialist / Cabinet Technician / Trim Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our team offering kitchen remodeling and cabinetry updates across Central Oregon and the surrounding communities. Duties & Responsibilities

• Arrive to shop or jobsite on time in logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Follow instructions given by project manager
• Follow Trustpoints on every job
• Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
• Able to keep track of tools and keep your job trailer/van organized
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed)
• Restore wood cabinets in the home
• Paint cabinet doors and boxes
• Redoor and reface cabinets
• Install new custom cabinets

Skills

• Must be able to match colors
• Willing to learn and be trainable
• Stellar work ethic
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions without deviating
• Able to drill for hinges
• Able to install doors and drawer fronts
• Able to install roll-out trays in cabinets
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools including; a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun
• Ability to work in Bend, Redmond, Prineville and surrounding communities
• Must be able to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level
• Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
• Must have a valid driver's license with a verifiable good driving record and no physical limitations to perform the tasks required
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

Additional Skills (preferred But Not Required). Training Is Provided.

• Prior experience in painting cabinets
• Prior experience in cabinet resurfacing
• Prior experience in wood restoration
• Prior experience in cabinet refacing
• Prior experience in cutting moldings
• Able to install crown molding

Compensation: $19.00 - $29.00 per hour
