CSD Custom Woodworks in Minnesota is seeking a Project Manager / Draftsman to own each job from initial measurement to final install. You will design and draft cabinetry using CAD software (KCD or similar), visit sites for measurements, and serve as the main contact for clients and the shop.
You’ll coordinate the shop crew, keep details straight, adapt to changing priorities, and help maintain a positive team culture.
CSD Custom Woodworks is a family-run custom cabinet shop with over 30years in the business, building high-end cabinetry for clients who value craftsmanship.
We're not a corporate operation. Our shop sits right on our home property, and we run things the way a small hometown business should: personal, hands-on, and built on trust and satisfied customer referrals. With that said, we operate with all state-of-the-art equipment in a 7,000 sq ft shop.
You won't find rigid hierarchieshere. We give our team real agency over how they get the job done, backed by a crew that treats each other like family.
We're looking for a Project Manager / Draftsman to be the go-to person for every job from start to finish, the one who keeps the details straight, keeps the crew moving, and makes sure what gets built matches what the client (and the shop) needs.

If you love the challenge of seeing a project through from a rough site measurement to a finished, beautiful install, and you want a role where your work truly matters, we'd love to hear from you. No degree required, willing to train the right person with the desireto learn.
CSD Custom Woodworks is a family-run custom cabinet shop that has been building high-end, custom cabinetry for over 30 years. Located right on our home property, we've grown our reputation through quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to every client and project we take on. As a small business, we operate differently than a corporate shop: we move fast, we care about the people on our team, and we give our crew real ownership over their work instead of micromanaging every step. Our team feels more like family than employees, and that culture is what allows us to consistently deliver work our clients and our shop are proud of.
