You will read prints and process sheets, ensure quality and on-time completion, and help improve efficiency while maintaining safety and a neat work area. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

• Extensive knowledge of construction best practices and equipment use.
• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints and convey this information to others.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plans, lays out, and assists in scheduling and assigning employees engaged in assembly.
• Works from prints, drawings, sample, and process sheets; performs a variety of assembly duties.
• Instructs production workers in blueprint reading and assembly; checks completed work for quality.
• Ensures work is completed according to schedule; assists in resolving problems and delays.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules and maintains a neat work area.
