Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and Spanish.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor daily activities of associates to meet performance goals.
• Inspect quality of work to ensure high quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare area performance reports for leadership.
• Ensure associates are trained on production processes in their area.
• Enforce safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Coach/train associates for performance improvement.
