Qualifications

• 3–5 years cabinet service or installation experience.
• Strong cabinetry knowledge and finishing skills.
• Professional communication with builders and clients.
• Reliable vehicle to transport tools and parts.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret cabinet layouts to ensure correct repairs.
• Measure for replacement cabinets, parts and add-ons with precision.
• Install cabinet components, trim moldings, and accessories to match quality.
• Touch up painted and stained cabinets for seamless fixes.
• Adjust and level doors, drawers, fronts and reveals.
• Run daily service schedules and close tickets independently.
• Transport tools and parts from distribution facilities as needed.
• Communicate clearly when requests are unclear to get approvals.
• Work flexibly across areas based on service volume.
