Job summary

Wisenbaker Builder Services is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead in-field cabinet adjustments and installations for new homeowners in Georgia.

You will read layouts, measure for add-ons, install and repair cabinetry, and walk homes weekly to create precise work orders while coordinating with builders and internal teams. You’ll train technicians and guide apprentices to field readiness, ensuring exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience.
• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation.
• Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories.
• Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes.
• Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs.
