Job summary

Wisenbaker-Builder-Services in Coppell, TX is seeking a Field Service Manager to deliver precise cabinet adjustments, solve on-site problems, and leave homeowners smiling when they see their kitchen.

You will read layouts, install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, walk and grade homes weekly, and create accurate work orders while communicating with builders and internal teams.

Train apprentices to become field-ready and lead crews to meet schedules with the highest quality craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years cabinet carpentry and maintenance experience.
• Specialized knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation.
• Experience working with customers providing excellent customer service.
• Great communication and ability to conduct training programs.
