Job summary

Kids for the Future in Circleville, OH, is seeking a full-time, non-exempt production/assembly worker. You will fabricate, assemble, and package metal, plastic, and cabinet units, and prepare items for shipping. Basic hand tools and measuring skills are required.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have basic computer skills, and can lift up to 70 lbs with assistance. Willingness to work extended hours and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Familiar with cabinet construction.
• Experience using CNC and Edge bander is a plus.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Must communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Willing to work extended hours.
• Frequently able to lift 40 lbs. and up to 70 lbs. with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Produce, assemble/fabricate and package metals, plastics, and shelving.
• Operate department equipment and hand tools.
• Maintain clean work area and perform shop duties.
• Prepare products for shipping.
