Goebel Cabinetry in Exton, PA is seeking a Cabinet Maker who will craft high-quality custom cabinetry from detailed shop drawings and collaborate with a skilled team. No cabinetry background? We'll train you on the job to grow with a family-owned manufacturer known for craftsmanship.

No experience is required, and you’ll receive paid hands-on training, with a $500 sign-on bonus and growth opportunities as you master cabinetry construction and shop equipment. Pay ranges $21–$27 per hour.

We're expanding our team and looking for a Cabinet Maker who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a company with a strong reputation and steady growth. No cabinetry background? No problem — we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do:

Build high-quality custom cabinetry

Read and work from detailed shop drawings

Operate hand tools, woodworking machinery, and other shop equipment

Meet project deadlines while maintaining exceptional craftsmanship

Work collaboratively with a team that values precision and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

No experience necessary — we'll train you on the job

Willingness to learn cabinetry construction, woodworking techniques, and shop equipment

Able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for long periods

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Prior cabinetry, carpentry, or woodworking experience is a plus, but not required
