Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician in Naples, FL to perform on-site repairs with a focus on color matching and customer service. You will visit multiple customers daily, document progress, and deliver quality results using a customized toolkit.

The role offers pay between $19 and $22 per hour, with performance bonuses, paid time off, holidays, and a direct four-week training track toward a Surface Repair Technician role. No weekends or evenings are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on work experience – construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobbies.
• The ability to accurately identify, match, and recreate colors is crucial.

Responsibilities

• Visit 4 or more customers daily.
• Complete jobs on-site, providing top tier customer service and follow-up
• Serve diverse clients from varying industries, including property management companies, hotels, moving services, and construction firms
• Customer Service and Communication
• Provide extraordinary customer service to property management staff and tenants
• Maintain records of work progress and relevant notes within our CRM/Dispatch system
• Resolve questions or issues by communicating with the support team
• Perform repairs by understanding our exclusive 5-step process
• Use every tool in your customized tool-kit
• Creatively repair damage by problem-solving
