Job summary

Flooring Services LTD in East Bernard, TX is seeking a Machine Operator to maintain a safe work environment, operate machines, adjust for different cabinet materials, and perform preventive maintenance and housekeeping.

You will communicate with the Supervisor and Lead, set up for optimum performance, meet hourly goals, document maintenance and production data, and uphold 5S standards.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent. Will consider work experience in lieu of education.
• Machine experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Set up and adjust machines for different cabinet materials.
• Communicate daily schedules and priorities with supervisors.
• Complete daily scheduled work and ensure part quality.
• Document preventive maintenance, quality control, downtime, and production quantities.
