Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking experienced remodelers for 1099 cabinet refacing work. Earn up to $300K annually with year-round projects and paid training. You’ll install products to Renuity standards, perform finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing final payments with homeowners.

Requirements include 3+ years of residential remodeling, cabinetry knowledge, and proof of LLC or EIN. A vehicle and proper insurance are required.

Qualifications

3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry.
Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash.
Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures.
Apply finish work as needed for every application.
Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
