Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring for a 1099 cabinet refacing role in Wichita, KS. You will install remodeling products, apply finish work, and ensure customer satisfaction at project close. The position emphasizes professional interactions with homeowners and teammates.

Earn between $150,000 and $300,000 annually with year-round work, paid training, bonuses, and weekly deposits. Requires LLC/EIN, insured liability, and a vehicle capable of trailer towing.

Qualifications

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience including trim and finish carpentry.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, cabinet installation, refacing, countertops, backsplash.
• Established LLC or operating as a business under an EIN.
• Must carry general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Must have a vehicle capable of pulling a trailer and operate safely.
• Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners and team.

Responsibilities

• Install remodeling products to Renuity standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each installation.
• Communicate with management after installation to confirm customer satisfaction and approvals.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat homeowners and property with respect and professionalism.

The main duties include:

• Install home remodeling products according to Renuity's standards and procedures

• Apply finish work as needed for every application

• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments

• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion

• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect

Qualifications:

• 3 years of residential remodeling experience; including trim and finish carpentry

• Knowledge of residential cabinetry, cabinet installation, cabinet refacing, countertops, backsplash

• Established LLC or Business running under EIN

• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance

• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer

• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members
