Job summary

Cabinetworks Group is seeking production workers for 100% Doors/Frames on First Shift. This full-time role focuses on cabinet assembly, reading instructions, and following safety policies in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Candidates should have 1 year of production experience (2–3 years preferred), basic math and reading/writing skills, and ability to read a tape measure. Proficiency with tools and a basic ERP system like Oracle is a plus.

Qualifications

• One year of production experience or similar in an assembly, carpentry or detail-oriented environment is preferred.
• Two to three years of work experience.
• Knowledge of safe work practices.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure-standard and metric.
• Math skills.
• Ability to read/write.
• Ability to operate various tools.
• Previous scanner experience.

100% Doors/Frames Job Description:

PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Production workers must be able to understand instructions whether they are written or verbal, and follow said instructions
• Complete work with accuracy and efficiency
• Construct cabinets in all different phases
• Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures

Areas covered under description:

• Puller – Doors, Fronts, Frames, Backs, End Panels, Dovetail, Shelves, Specials, Water spider, Misc, Tops & Bottoms.
• Puller/Packer – Fillers, Molding, Toe Kicks, Panels, Doors, BTKs (Base Tray Kits)
• KAAT Assembly – Hardware, Hinger, Door Hang, Box Build & Core to Front
• Roughcut- computer experience/usage, ability to use oracle (erp system).
• Stocking

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• May be required to frequently lift up to 30 lbs.

• Overtime may be required, including weekends
• May be required to work a flexible schedule
