Job summary
Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Cabinetry Installation Field Manager to lead installation teams in the Queen Creek/San Tan area.
This role oversees residential and multifamily cabinet installation projects from pre-installation to final completion, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality while coordinating with builders and customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of cabinet installation experience, 2+ years of field leadership, strong leadership and communication
Qualifications
- 5+ years of cabinet installation experience.
- 2+ years of field leadership or crew management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of cabinet installation techniques including touch ups and crown molding.
- Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and construction plans.
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple cabinet installation projects from start to finish.
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections for readiness and material accuracy.
- Lead, coach, and support installation crews and subcontractors; ensure quality workmanship.
- Perform field quality inspections, complete punch lists, resolve issues.
- Coordinate with scheduling, warehouse, production, and project teams to maintain timelines.
- Communicate with builders, superintendents, homeowners, and internal teams about project status.
