Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license with coverage eligibility under company policy.
1–3 years of experience with MS Office and Outlook preferred.
Previous design experience in lumber/building products preferred.
We will train the right person.
Strong knowledge of design principles, shop drawings, and fabrication/installation processes.
Experience reading specifications/blueprints is helpful.
Responsibilities
Meet with customers and vendor reps to review project requirements and specs.
Produce detailed design and shop drawings for fabrication and installation.
Manage projects from initiation through completion including scheduling and progress tracking.
Conduct on-site surveys to verify measurements and conditions.
Place and track product orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Prepare quotes and bids in response to inquiries and specs.
Oversee invoicing and ensure billing aligns with contracts.
Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding payments.
Support showroom operations and general office tasks.
