Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. in Princeton, MN is seeking an Assembler I to attach doors, drawers and hardware to frameless cabinets. This position offers 1st shift hours and a competitive starting pay ranging from $19.40 to $21.55 per hour, with benefits included.

You will set up and operate saws, edge banders, routers and related equipment, prioritize builds, and coordinate with drafting for job clarity.

Qualifications

• Experience with cabinet assembly and basic shop practices.
• Ability to read construction orders and follow specs.
• Basic math for measurements and part sizing.

Responsibilities

• Reviews construction orders and prioritizes work.
• Communicates with drafters to clarify jobs and programming.
• Performs touch-ups and repairs.
• Sets up and operates chop saws, edge banders, routers, dowelers, pocket screws, etc.
• Assembles cabinets with special parts or hardware and adjusts methods as needed.
• Gathers and organizes parts to complete weekly workload.
