Job summary

Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. in Princeton, MN, seeks a Builder/Assembler to join our manufacturing team.

You will perform the functions of both builder and assembler, building and assembling framed product lines in sequence, and reviewing drawings to prioritize work. This full-time, on-site role offers a first shift schedule (Mon-Thu 6:00 AM–3:15 PM; Fri 6:00 AM–10:00 AM) with a salary grade D and pay of $21.00–$24.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret job drawings and specs.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations and measurements.
• Assist in training new employees as assigned.
• Build and assemble framed product lines in sequence.

1 st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00 AM – 3:15 PM ; Friday 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Job Summary:

The Builder/Assembler is responsible for performing all the functions of the Builder position and the Assembler position.

Job Duties:

• Builds all framed product lines in sequence.
• Assembles all framed product lines in sequence.
• Reviews paperwork/drawings for job specifications and prioritizes work.
• Assists in the training of new employees as assigned.
• Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure, etc.
