Job description

CP Build Enterprises was founded in 1980 and is a privately held and fast-growing interior finishes contractor. We work on some of the biggest and best projects around. We are looking to grow our cabinet assembly and installation team. NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED; We are willing to train. This is an opportunity for anyone interested in building their career in the construction industry with a profitable and stable contractor. This is a full-time benefits eligible position including paid time off.

This role has direct responsibility for:

1. Load/unload, stage, and assemble ready-to-assemble cabinetry
2. Cleaning up after assembly and taking garbage to dumpsters

Must Haves:

1. Be willing to work quickly and efficiently to meet productivity and quality expectations
2. Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
3. Own and be familiar with the use of a Power Drill, Tape Measure, Rubber Mallet, and Screwdrivers
4. Access to reliable transportation
5. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in the English language
6. Be willing to travel overnight (up to 25% of the time)
7. Be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
8. Spanish speaking is strongly preferred, but not required

Job Type: Temporary

Salary: Piece rate + hourly pay for non-productive time (meetings, travel, etc.) (Minimum $20.00 guaranteed to start)
