Job Description
As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling custom RTA (Ready to Assemble) cabinets for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties Will Include
- Installing hardware, such as hinges, handles, and drawer slides, according to design specifications.
- Inspecting finished cabinets for quality and accuracy, making adjustments and repairs as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Collaborating with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
Requirements
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Attention to detail and precision in measuring, cutting, and assembling cabinet components.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
- Physical stamina to stand long hours and strength to lift and maneuver cabinets.
- Commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, tools, and materials.
