Job summary

Dnata in Tampa, FL seeks a Cabin Service Agent to maintain safe, clean aircraft interiors and support timely operations. You will ensure supplies are stocked, PPE is worn, and equipment is functional, while following dnata, TSA, and FAA rules.

You’ll handle waste per regulations and perform additional duties as assigned. The role requires flexibility for variable shifts and the ability to work extended hours during irregular operations, including adverse weather, to keep aircraft ready for

Qualifications

• Possess/maintain a valid State driver's license and FAA/Airport identifications or authorizations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to work variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Shifts to be determined by administrative staff due to operational needs.
• Must be able to work extended hours on short notice during irregular operation.
• Ability to work in inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning all assigned customer aircraft thoroughly.
• Ensure cleaning supplies are ready for each arrival and handled per procedures.
• Ensure that cleaning equipment is operational and PPE worn.
• Vacuum, sweep, dust, disinfect, and clean all areas of the aircraft as trained.
• Handle international trash per regulatory procedures.
• Represent the customer and protect product integrity by delivering a clean, safe operation.
• Comply with dnata, TSA, and FAA regulations and policies.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

As a dnata Cabin Service Agent, you are responsible for the safe, secure, and timely interior cleaning of aircraft.

• Responsible for cleaning all assigned customer aircraft thoroughly.

• Ensure cleaning supplies are ready for each arrival into station and handled as per company and EPA procedures.

• Ensure that all cleaning equipment is operational and proper PPE worn.

• Vacuum, sweep, dust, disinfect, and clean all areas of the aircraft as outlined within dnata training.

• Handle International Trash in accordance with regulatory procedures.

• Ensure that we represent the customer and protect the integrity of their respective products by delivering a Clean and Safe operation consistently.

• Ensure compliance with dnata, TSA and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and policies.

• Other duties as assigned.
